Chopping Chilli with Aldo Zilli and Sub-Zero & Wolf

Award winning chef, restauranteur and Sub-Zero & Wolf fan, Aldo Zilli joined the Sub-Zero & Wolf team at the Knightsbridge showroom, to help consumers decide which appliances to choose for their own homes, at a recent ‘Try Before You Buy’ day.

Demonstrating features and cooking modes from a selection of Wolf appliances including the Dual Fuel range and Convection Steam Oven, Aldo treated our lucky guests to some great dishes they can easily create at home on their own Wolf appliances.

From chargrilled scallops with pea and mint, to Pizza ‘Aldo’ cooked on Wolf’s bakestone, to mushroom risotto prepared in the convection steam oven, guests enjoyed a taste of Italian cuisine while learning more about Sub-Zero & Wolf appliances.

Among the guests at our recent Try Before You Buy day was ex-England rugby player David ‘Flats’ Flatman, finding out more about his new appliances.
